Arvind graduated from the University of Bombay in 1981 having studied a Bachelor of Commerce with a special subject in Financial Accounting and Auditing.

Arvind then migrated to the UK in 1982 and immediately joined Patel & Co as a trainee accountant. As he gained experience through his time here, he became the practice manager for a number of years until 2018, when he became a partner of Patel & Co.

He acts for a large number of clients ranging from construction to the property industry to small shops and manufacturing industries. In particular, he advises on personal tax and capital gains tax. He prides himself on providing a personal service to clients and feels proud to see them prosper.

Arvind loves watching cricket and plays squash regularly. He is a keen Liverpool FC supporter and loves to get involved in any sports and cultural activities in the community.

ACCA BSc.

Ashish graduated from City University with a degree in Economics and Accountancy. He then worked within a finance department of a top 20 accountancy practice in Central London, after which he joined a two- partner firm in North London where he was based for almost 5 years. During this time he completed his ACCA qualification whilst working his way into a Practice Manager position. At his time there, he worked with a varied client base and gained experience in a range of taxes and scenarios.

Ashish moved to Patel & Co in 2016 and became a partner of the firm in 2018. He manages a large portfolio of clients from many industries. In addition to advice on tax and accounting matters, he provides general practical advice to help his clients work as efficiently as possible.

Ashish has a passion for sports, both playing and following various types. He is a keen cricketer and in addition to playing, he has been the treasurer of his local club, SKLPC CC for over 10 years.

FCCA.

Jayantilal along with his brother Chimanlal is one of the founding partners of Patel & Co.

He started his journey as a trainee at PWC and worked there for 7 years, gaining his ACCA qualification, thereafter joining his brother to establish Patel & Co.

He has a lifetimes worth of experience in dealing with owner-managed businesses and has established a large network of relationships in his years as a partner.

Jay is a passionate Liverpool FC supporter and loves travelling the world, having already visited more parts of the world than most.

BCom DTP.

Shyam joined Patel & Co in 1995 prior to working at a construction company for 6 years in its Finance Department.

He helped the firm in its transition from manual hand written bookkeeping to computerised bookkeeping and furthermore set up Online filing of Accounts, payroll, CIS and VAT Returns as it was introduced over the years by HMRC.

He has built up long lasting working relations with clients, being contactable even during out of office hours, resulting in long term retention of clients. He has large portfolio of limited company clients from a range of different industries.

In his spare time Shyam enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys travelling the world and learning about different cultures and their history.
